Attorney Bobby Pope serves as part of the litigation team for the Donahoe Firm and primarily focuses on criminal defense and expungements. Mr. Pope provides a vast array of services to clients in Tennessee, along with being admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Mr. Pope is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he fought in both the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. Mr. Pope also possesses extensive experience in law enforcement. Previously to joining the Donahoe Firm, Mr. Pope practiced in the areas of family law, personal injury, and immigration.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Pope received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University, along with a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University. Mr. Pope earned his Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School of Law.
