“When folks find themselves in the middle of a legal battle, it’s confusing and nervewracking as can be; I want to make sure that everyone understands what’s going on and gets the support and guidance they need, no matter what they’re facing.”
Attorney Fisher T. Smith is licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee, the Federal District Court of the Western District of Tennessee, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a Magna cum Laude graduate from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and a Summa cum Laude graduate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi, graduating 4th in his class.
Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Fisher has strived to help those in need. Whether it be his parents, either of his sisters, or his grandparents, Fisher has gone out of his way to make sure that those around him have the help and support they need. He has carried that same passion over to his legal career.
Since joining the firm, Fisher has worked alongside Mark Donahoe in criminal and civil cases all across Western Tennessee. His chief-most desire as an attorney is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, understands the proceedings they’re involved with, receives all of the information needed to resolve their individual cases, and acquires the best possible outcome. He understands that the court process can be confusing, and he wants to make sure that every one of our clients gets the help they need and deserve.
